“Though we excel in all sorts of sports activities but gymnastics is our forte.”

We have conducted training in gymnastics by coaches from foreign countries .We have set a high bar and a rigorous but free of cost training routine for our gymnasts. They have to wake up at 4:00 a.m. sharp and are given merely ten minutes to dress up for practice. They are made to train for three hours after that. After this they attend school from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and then they finish having their lunch and taking rest within one hour . The evening training begins at 4:00 p.m. and lasts for another three hours before they sit down to do self study for two hours. They have their dinner and then they manage going off to sleep for the night .This routine of theirs is maintained throughout the year, every year. Our school has impressive gymnasts from Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Prep. classes right upto class twelth .Its wonderful to see them practice with such fervor especially as we are preparing to attend the 2020 & 2024 Olympics with our children and trainees participating in various categories.
