''A Spectacular Opening: 41st UP State Gymnastics Championship 2024 at Khelgaon Public School''
On 29th November 2024, Khelgaon Public School proudly hosted the grand opening ceremony of the 41st UP State Gymnastics Championship 2024, bringing together gymnasts from across the state. The event began with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp accompanied by the soul-stirring rendition of Shubham Karoti.
The ceremony honored the esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. U.K. Mishra, Chairman of KPS, and the Guest of Honour, Mrs. Savita Srivastava, Observer for the championship. They were warmly welcomed and garlanded by national and international gymnasts, setting a tone of respect and reverence.
The program was a showcase of talent and inspiration. Students presented dynamic cultural performances, followed by breathtaking gymnastic displays by star gymnasts, who demonstrated their expertise through various exercises and routines. The highlight was a combined sports dance and floor routine performed by gymnasts and talented students, leaving the audience mesmerized.
Dr. U.K. Mishra blessed the gathering and delivered an empowering address, motivating the participants to pursue excellence and embrace the spirit of sportsmanship. Vice Chairman Shri Anil Mishra, in his warm welcome speech, expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the participants and their dedication, encouraging them with positivity and hope.
Adding to the celebratory spirit, the choir group performed the motivational song Hai Than Liya Humne, which inspired all present and instilled a sense of energy and determination in the participants.
The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Rajeev Verma, Director of KPS, who expressed gratitude to the dignitaries, participants, and everyone involved in making the event a grand success.
